The training and placement cell at Poddar International College, organised an Industry Academia connect. The main objective of the event was to help students bridge the gap between what they learn in classroom and what the workplace actually expects.
Mr. Punit Solanki, was the guest for the session. He is an accomplished Talent acquisition head with kGK global group. His vast experience in handling the international talent acquisition roles helped students understand the expectations of the global industry.
The BBA second year and third year students participated with great enthusiasm.
Overall, it was a good learning experience for the students.
