The Department of Arts, Poddar International College, organized an educational visit to Albert Hall Museum, Jaipur, providing students with an enriching opportunity to connect academic learning with real-world cultural experiences.
Accompanied by Dr. Shilpika Tiwari and Mr. Naman Gautam, students explored the museum’s diverse collections, including Egyptian artefacts and an ancient mummy, Persian and Japanese handicrafts, historical coins, manuscripts, and exhibits reflecting the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan.
The visit encouraged students to develop a deeper understanding of history, art, culture, and heritage while appreciating the importance of preserving historical artifacts and diverse artistic traditions.
Such experiential learning opportunities allow students to move beyond textbooks, observe history through authentic collections, and build a meaningful connection with their academic subjects.
