The NSS Club of Poddar International College , in collaboration with Akhil Bhartiya Terapanth Yuvak Parishad organized a Mega Blood Donation Drive and Free Health Check-up Camp at the college campus, Mansarovar, Jaipur. The event was part of the Raktdaan Maha Abhiyan and aimed to spread awareness about the significance of blood donation as a life-saving service to society.
Along with blood donation, a free health check-up facility was also provided, which included blood pressure, ECG, diabetes, hemoglobin, dental, and basic body check-up tests .
A large number of students, faculty members, and local participants came forward to donate blood and avail the health services, showcasing their commitment towards social responsibility and humanitarian service. Around 96 unit blood donated by the doners and 195 health checkup conducted. The initiative successfully highlighted the role of youth in promoting health, compassion, and community service.
