The "Commerce and Management Department" of Poddar International College, in association with the Poddarpreneurs Club, successfully organized the Eureka! Pitching Event – 2025.
Our Guest of Honour and Judge, Dr. Praveen Goswami, Principal, graced the occasion and shared his invaluable insights with the students. He emphasized the importance of securing patents and guided them on how to scale their ventures—his presence truly made the event remarkable.
The second judge, Dr. Reena Amberiya, patiently listened to each and every idea presented and provided thoughtful, constructive feedback to the participants. Alongside, we were privileged to have the encouragement and motivation of our faculty members—Ms. Anuradha Ghosh, Dr. Yog Kanwar Rathore, and Ms. Charushi Jain—who stood as a strong pillar of support for the students.
The participants came forward with a diverse range of innovative ideas such as Ecolait (biopolymer milk pouches), eco-friendly bags from waste, homemade chocolates and protein bars, GIRO (a machine that automatically segregates waste and rewards the user), innovative fans, baby perfumes, teaching platforms, marketing agencies, safety software, tiffin services, and stock market investment platforms—proving that creativity knew no bounds.
As the event drew to a close to an end, the students gathered for a group photograph, symbolizing their shared spirit of innovation and collaboration. The day ended with a powerful thought:
“Learning to dream, and daring to do.”
