Poddar Business School, approved by AICTE, successfully organized a Mock Interview Drive 2025 at the Auditorium, PBS Jagatpura. The event was conducted in collaboration with Design to Occupancy, with the aim of empowering students and bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Ashok Joshi, HR Manager, Design to Occupancy, who conducted the mock interview sessions with students. Through his insightful interaction and practical evaluation, students received exposure to real-time interview scenarios, professional grooming, and confidence-building techniques essential for their career advancement.
The activity served as a platform for students to experience the dynamics of interviews, improve their communication skills, and understand the expectations of recruiters in the competitive job market. Students actively participated, gaining constructive feedback and strategies to perform effectively in actual placement interviews.
