Training and awareness building are the key strategies for successful placements .
A successful placement awareness session was organised by Training and placement cell for BBA 2 and 3 year students.
The session focused on the following points:
1. Job description analysis to help students understand what employers seek and how they should match their skills with the same.
2. Key words to be used in resume for ATS compatibility.
3. Importance of hands on experience in different projects for building practical experience.
The session culminated with doubt clarifications that were raised by the students.
