On the auspicious occasion of Rajasthan Day, a grand cultural and literary program was organized under the joint aegis of Poddar Sansthan, Rajasthan Brajbhasha Academy and Jawahar Kala Kendra.
The objective of the program was to preserve, promote Braj language literature and encourage regional cultural traditions.
The program started with traditional Ganesh Vandana, due to which the atmosphere became spiritual and auspicious.
On the occasion of Rajasthan Day, a beautiful presentation of Rajasthani folk dance Padharo Maro Desh was given.
After this, attractive peacock dance was presented, which mesmerized the audience. Also, Holi of flowers was specially organized in the program, which added colors of joy and enthusiasm to the entire function.
The main attraction of the program was the Kavi Sammelan of Brajbhasha poets, in which various poets presented beautiful expressions of devotion, makeup and folk life through their works.
On this occasion, a felicitation ceremony of eminent poets and litterateurs of Braj language was also organized, in which they were honored for their excellent literary contribution.
During the event Dr. Lata Shrimali and Dr. Anand Paudar highlighted the importance of Braj language and stressed the need for its conservation and spread. His inspirational thoughts inspired me to successfully organize this event.
The chief guest of the program was Honorable Civil Lines MLA Shri Gopal Sharma. In his address, he underlined the importance of Braj language and wished Rajasthan Day and extended best wishes to everyone on the auspicious occasion of establishment of Navratri.
Overall, this program was extremely successful and made an important contribution in the preservation and spread of literature, culture and tradition.
